about us

We are pleased and thank you for your interest in our company MB Management and Consulting AG. The company MB Management and Consulting was founded in 1991 by Mike Benz with the aim of offering services in the main areas of catering, hotel and real estate industry.

Our success is drawn from experience and longstanding management of our own companies as well as those managed in a management relationship throughout entire Switzerland such as in Zurich, Lucerne, Scuol, Klosters, Obersaxen, hotels in Zurich and in the Langenthal area, etc.

Experience and network

We are happy to share our decades of experience with you, above all with our know-how in high-frequency gastronomy and, for example, develop a corresponding concept or support you in your day-to-day business in various management tasks.

Since 1991, we have also been active in the real estate sector. We have been able to sell – on a purely successful basis – all types of real estate across Switzerland; we have helped to develop real estate projects and much more.

We also offer professional real estate appraisals and belong to the Swiss Real Estate Valuation Association (SIV).

With passion

Our professional experience in the hotel and real estate industry has shown to us the great need for support and information in old age. Questions about housing law, usufruct, real estate exchange, age-appropriate living possibilities, will, advance directives, living wills or about family authorities often came up. Through close collaborating with a broad network of trustworthy partners, we are able to additionally offer you an optimal range of services in the field of consultation for issues of the second half of your life.
